Terms and Conditions


 

Elliswick Tennis Coaching – Group Coaching Terms & Conditions


 


 


 

1. Booking & Payment


 


 

  • A place in any group session is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless priority rules apply (Priority A/B).
  • In priority booking periods elliswick members have priority over Non Members at elliswick.


 


 


 

2. Refunds & Cancellations


 


 

  • No refunds are given once the term has started, unless the vacated place can be resold to another player.
  • If the place can be resold, a refund will be issued for the remaining sessions minus a £5 admin fee.
  • Before the term starts, cancellations are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).


 


 


 

3. Missed Sessions


 


 

  • Missed sessions by the player (holidays, illness, other commitments) are non-refundable.
  • Catch-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the coach’s discretion if space allows.


 


 


 

4. Weather Policy


 


 

  • We always aim to run sessions where safely possible.
  • Sessions cancelled due to severe weather will be rearranged where possible with weather weeks at the end of the term. If another session is needed another date will be offered. 
  • If a rearranged date cannot be offered, a credit may be applied to a future term.


 


 


 

5. Coach Cover


 


 

  • In the event the lead coach is unavailable, a suitable cover coach will run the session.
  • Sessions will not be refunded due to coach cover.


 


 


 

6. Player Behaviour


 


 

  • Players are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, other players and club property.
  • Persistent poor behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund.


 


 


 

7. Safety & Medical


 


 

  • Parents must inform coaches of any medical conditions that may impact participation.
  • Players must bring appropriate footwear, clothing and water.


 


 


 

8. Photography & Video


 


 

  • Photos or video may be taken for coaching feedback or promotional use.
  • Please notify us if you prefer your child not to be included.


 


 


 

9. Communication


 


 

  • Email is our primary method of communication for updates, cancellations and reminders.
  • The parent/guardian is responsible for keeping contact details up to date.


 


 


 

10. Liability


 


 

  • Elliswick Tennis and the coaching team accept no responsibility for loss of personal property.
  • Players participate at their own risk and must follow coach instructions at all times.
